Alum Creek R/C Airfield

Alum Creek Park R/C airfield is located at the east side of Alum Creek State Park, just North of Westerville, OH, off Africa Rd. Although it is not considered a “Dark Sky” area. The observing is very good. The Field has good Horizons and has a large, paved parking lot. There are no restrooms at the airfield and no electricity. There are several picnic tables and a shelter area. There are no restrooms at the airfield, but on Africa Rd, about ¼ mile south of the airfield, just before the curve, there is a public restroom.

All rules which must be followed are on our groups.io mail site, in the files icon, on the left side of the page. Please follow all rules as laid out by the state of Ohio, the R/C club and CAS. Failure to follow the rules can result in our loss of the site! The site was built and is maintained completely, by the local R/C airplane club. Please respect the work they have done and their kindness in allowing us to use their location. Please leave it as clean as or cleaner than when you arrived.
